If you purchase a subscription or recurring purchase option from Cats Love Crystals, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any orders that have already been charged or shipped will be subject to our Returns Policy.
