How does Zip Pay work?
Zip Pay is interest free where customers choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments with nothing to pay on the day of purchase with repayments starting from just $10 per week.
The credit limit is $350-$1,500 and if the closing balance is paid before the due date, the $9.95 account keeping fee is waived.

What is the return policy and do you offer refunds?
We want to ensure that items are presented accurately with several photos, a video and measurements in the description for the listings. All sales are final unless the item is damaged/faulty upon arrival. In such cases, feel free to contact us including photos of the damage via info@catslovecrystals.com ~We will cover the cost for shipping when returning faulty/damaged items with a refund issued after receiving the return via the  original payment method.

How often are your website uploads?
Overall, the website is updated every couple of days so keep your eyes peeled. I also work as a dietitian but whenever there is an opportunity, new crystals and specimens will be added to the site. If you do plan to purchase over the week and want to combine to save on delivery, use code "OPENBOX" to keep your parcel open :)

What are your delivery times?
All packages are dispatched within 2 business days. An email will be sent with the Australia Post tracking number once your parcel has been picked up by the courier and dispatched. Check your spam or junk mail if you haven't received a tracking email within this time frame. 

How are items packed?
Each crystal or mineral specimen is gift wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrapped to ensure they will make it safely to you. Bubble wrap is used instead of honeycomb paper as I have received packages with this type of packaging where glass has shattered or crystal points have broken off - hence opting for bubble wrap.

Where are your crystals sourced from?
I only hand source crystals from local Australian businesses to ensure that products you receive are of the highest quality. Additionally, they are not purchased in bulk and often only as one off pieces which gives us more room to have unique pieces on the site.

How do we price our crystals and specimens?
One of the primary reasons that I started this business was due to the overpriced crystal industry. We wanted to make genuine, high grade crystals available to everyone where they are not priced excessively high that we often see on the market. At times you may see that our pricing is considerably different than other Australian websites but we guarantee that often we purchase from the same crystal wholesalers and that all of our pieces are genuine. We also have reviews on the home page if you're unsure :)

Can you source a crystal that isn't listed on the site?
If there is a particular piece that you are after, send through an email at info@catslovecrystals.com
We have numerous local wholesalers that have a large array where a crystal can be found for you within a few days. However, if you change your mind, there is no issue at all as the requested piece can be added to the site for sale - so you are not obligated to purchase if you are no longer interested.

Can you help me with finding out more information on a particular crystal?
I can definitely try and assist with mineralogical information having a Chemistry background and great interest in Mineralogy. While I am still learning about the metaphysical aspects of crystals, I can offer suggestions on which crystals are best for particular intentions or uses.
