Where are your crystals sourced from?
All crystals are hand-sourced from trusted Australian suppliers. Pieces are not purchased in bulk and are often sourced as one-off or limited selections, allowing us to offer distinctive, high-quality items. We avoid the term ethically sourced, as it is often used as a marketing label. Instead, we focus on transparency, trusted suppliers and evidence-based information.

How often are your website uploads?
New pieces are added every few days, depending on sourcing and availability. As Cats Love Crystals is independently run, updates are made regularly as new high-grade specimens and jewellery become available.

If you wish to purchase multiple items over several days and combine shipping, you can use the code OPENBOX at checkout to keep your parcel open after the initial delivery cost is paid. If the total cost of the parcel is over $95 when it is shipped, you will receive an automatic refund of the postage cost back to the original method of payment.

What are your delivery times?
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days via standard delivery.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.

 

What is the return policy and do you offer refunds?
All items are presented as accurately as possible, with multiple photographs, video and detailed measurements included in each listing.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our crystals and jewellery, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If this occurs, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at info@catslovecrystals.com - including clear photos of the damage.

In approved cases:

Return shipping for faulty or damaged items is covered

Refunds are issued after the return is received

Refunds are processed via the original payment method

How are items packed?
All crystals and mineral specimens are securely and carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is gift wrapped with tissue paper and protective bubble wrap.

Bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts are used to minimise the risk of breakage, particularly for delicate specimens and crystal points.

How do we price our crystals and specimens?
Cats Love Crystals was founded to offer genuine, high-grade crystals at fair and considered prices. Pricing is based on quality, rarity, sourcing cost, and craftsmanship - without excessive mark-ups.

You may notice pricing differences compared to other retailers; however, many pieces are sourced from the same Australian wholesalers. All items are genuine, and customer reviews are available on the homepage for added confidence.

Can you source a crystal that isn't listed on the site?
Yes. If you are searching for a specific crystal or specimen, please email info@catslovecrystals.com . We work closely with multiple Australian wholesalers and can often source requested pieces within a few days. There is no obligation to purchase - if you decide not to proceed, the item can simply be added to the website.

Can you provide more information about a specific crystal?
We are happy to assist with mineralogical information, including composition, structure, and origin. Suggestions may also be offered for crystals commonly associated with particular intentions or uses.
