Delivery & Shipping

- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 day and 2 business days at most.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your parcel has been dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking number within 2 days and it isn't in your spam/junk email, certainly reach out at info@catslovecrystals.com

Local Australia Flat Rate Shipping
- Orders under $99 is a flat rate of $9.95 via Australia Post Standard Tracked Shipping.

- Australia Post Express Tracked Shipping is $14.95 and free over $200.

- If additional insurance is required above the included $100 cover, please select the $15 option to receive coverage of up to $1000 which includes standard tracked shipping.


Changing the delivery address of your order
We always aim to pack and send your order as soon as possible.

Please contact us via email: info@catslovecrystals.com within 2 hours of placing the order to ensure that we can update your shipping address.

Shipping Insurance
Australia Post Tracked Shipping provides cover for up to the first $100 of value. Extra cover can be purchased via the $15 option to cover up to $1,000 of value including standard tracked postage.

If you do not purchase Extra Cover and your order is lost or damaged while in transit with Australia post, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100 or a refund of postage based on their eligibility criteria.

Extra Cover and any compensation offered under the Australia Post Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
 

I want to place another order, can I combine my shipments together?
If you make a separate order on the same day or over the weekend, we can combine your orders to save on shipping costs.

However, we cannot guarantee your request will be seen via email before dispatching your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery within Australia is dependant on Australia Post.

Standard Tracked Post delivery is 2-4 business days within Victoria while delivery interstate is within 3-6 business days.

Express Tracked Post delivery is 1-2 business days within Victoria and 1-3 business days interstate. 

International Delivery
If you are outside of Australia, please message us prior to making a purchase. We offer international shipping via Australia Post.
  • New Zealand: $20 AUD up to 1kg & $25 AUD up to 2kg.
  • USA & Canada: $30 AUD up to 1kg & $50 AUD up to 2kg.
  • UK & Europe: $35 AUD up to 1kg & $60 AUD up to 2kg.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding international shipping to other countries or shipping costs for over 2kg for countries listed above.


My order has not arrived yet
Follow the progress of your parcel via the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Australia Post has notified us that there could be some delays due to being inundated with parcels during this business festive season.

If it has passed 10 business days and you still have not received your order,  please contact us via email: catslovecrystals@outlook.com

Please do contact us within 30 days of your order date if there are any concerns. If no contact has been made, we will assume your order has arrived and the order will be marked as completed.

Parcel Care and Responsibility
Each order is packaged with extreme care. Biodegradable packing peanuts (place in water to shrink for disposal), tissue paper and recycled bubble wrap are used in each order to ensure damage is prevented during shipping. We inspect each item prior to being packed and if a piece has any damage or imperfections, it is always mentioned in the item description.

We are not liable for any damage caused and once posted, Australia Post will be liable for damage or mishandling of your parcel. For additional Australia Post contact information, please check the following link:

However, please certainly contact us and we will endeavour to solve the issue.

It is recommended to purchase Extra Cover/Insurance for $4 for every additional $100 at checkout if your order is over $100 with Australia Post covering losses up of up to $5,000. Note that Standard/Express tracked shipping already includes cover for the first $100 if you do not wish to add additional insurance.
