Genuine K2 Tower Point (Azurite, Malachite & Granite) - 280g

This large rare K2 tower has vibrant blue Azurite spots on white Granite containing Feldspar and Quartz with Biotite veins.

K2 crystals are only found in the peaks of the extremely remote mountains called K2 in the Karakoram Range of Pakistan. Obtaining this material is extremely difficult due to its single location and high altitude with heavy snow.

Initially, the granite forms from magma crystallisation beneath the Earth’s surface where it gradually hardens. Then Copper-rich Azurite penetrates the granite and forms a secondary material (sometimes with green Malachite).

It is believed  to be a highly spiritual stone that connects to the third eye and crown chakras resulting in increasing  psychic abilities. 

K2 is not the same as Apatite in Cleavelandite which is commonly marketed as K2. However, the differences can be seen with the Granite base lacking the veining and vibrant Azurite spots but instead has an overall plain grey base and muted blue spots.
