All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days (excluding public holidays).

Tracking details are sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us via the chat feature or email us at catslovecrystals@outlook.com.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available for higher value orders depending on your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Address Changes

We aim to pack and dispatch orders promptly.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via the chat feature on the bottom left or send us an email at catslovecrystals@outlook.com


Combined Orders

If multiple orders are placed on the same day or over a weekend, we may be able to combine them prior to dispatch.

For Australia, you can use the code OPENBOX after your initial order to combine shipments. Your parcel will remain open until we receive a request from you via chat or email to dispatch. If the combined order exceeds the free shipping threshold, a refund of the shipping cost will be processed before dispatch.

For international orders, please contact us to check if combining is possible based on parcel weight and shipping limits.


Shipping Insurance

Australia Post tracked shipping includes cover for up to $100.
For orders exceeding this value, we will cover additional insurance where applicable and assist with replacement or refund for verified lost parcels.


Parcel Care

Each order is packed with care using protective materials suited to the piece, including recyclable and biodegradable packaging where possible.

Due to the natural formation of crystals, variations and inclusions are expected and are described where relevant.


Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us via the chat feature.

Please reach out within 30 days of your order date for any delivery concerns.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, it is handled by Australia Post. However, we will assist where possible to help resolve any issues.
